2 oz rum
1 oz curacao or triple sec
½ oz lime juice
2 tsp orgeat syrup
2 tsp grenadine
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, triple sec, grenadine, lime juice and orgeat syrup. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, half-filled with crushed ice. Garnish with parasol, pineapple & mint. |
