Devil Doll accepts payment via Paypal. Paypal automatically converts between Australian dollars and your currency when you proceed to pay for your purchase.

Paypal will provide a printable receipt for your order. Please keep this for your records and include your full name, order number, and email address when contacting us.

You can also pay via direct debit, cheque or money order. Just email us!

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns accepted on any items. Exchanges for size only and must be submitted within 48 hours of your item receipt. There is a 15% exchange fee - please be certain to check our size charts before ordering. Item must be unworn in original condition with tags attached and must be returned to us at the customer's expense. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of sending your payment. FULL refunds will be given on cancelled orders only. You must email us a cancellation including your order number and full name. You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation or other information if your order has been shipped.

Devil Doll ships to anywhere in Australia and many countries Internationally. Shipping takes 8-15 days for all orders in Australia and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations.

Your shipping cost will be calculated after your order is submitted and will be corresponded to you via email. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.

You will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery. While Devil Doll will try our best to send your merchandise as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee against any problems that may occur to cause late shipment.
